I take only a small number of new clients each year, so every person I work with receives the attention and care their journey deserves.

At the moment, I offer 4-hour Foundational Sessions, with the option to continue for additional hours or to purchase a 10-hour package if the work feels aligned for you.
Because this process is both practical and emotional, I want you to feel grounded and well-informed before reaching out. The FAQ page answers the most common questions about rates, time investment, and what to expect.
