KONMARI® SESSION
You’ve tried to declutter and organize before. You get off to a good start but lose motivation and get stuck feeling frazzled and overwhelmed.
Do any of these sound familiar?
✔ Too many piles, full closets, and spilling drawers make you feel embarrassed and stressed. 🧺🙈😱
✔ You feel that everything is out of balance, the mountain is getting bigger and bigger, and you feel ashamed because you can’t solve the problem alone. 🏔️😭🤯
✔ You often think, "Once everything is tidy, I'll finally have people over and live my life to the fullest ..." (Think about how much quality of life you put off to the future!) 🤸🏽♀️💃🏻
What if...
✔ there are no overflowing closets, drawers, and embarrassment but pride. 🤩
✔ you can make fewer and faster decisions and feel at ease. 😎
✔ you don't have to do all this alone, but have judgment-free support? 🥰👯♀️
Imagine what it would feel like knowing exactly where you can find each item and how much FASTER it is to maintain a tidy home.
Get organized once and for all!
Have you heard of a KonMari® Tidying Festival?
It means you tidy all your belongings by going through them by category and not by room.
The order of the five categories is Clothes, Books, Paper, Komono (Miscellaneous), and Sentimental items.
I'd be happy to support you in this process!
With KonMari® Consulting, you can:
Declutter & Organize
Decluttering is essential for gaining clarity and sanity in your space. Together, we’ll sort through your possessions and figure out what you don't need or love. With my help, you’ll be able to let go of objects you had a hard time getting rid of alone. After this process, we’ll start organizing the space.
Downsize & Simplify
If you’re merging households or are moving to a smaller apartment, downsizing your possessions makes a move less stressful. I can help you prioritize and make a plan around what items to keep or discard to simplify your day-to-day life, saving you time, energy, and expenses.
Detox & Green Living
By decluttering and organizing, you can live in better harmony with your body, mind, and soul. Learn how to live in a home that reflects your best self and respects the planet. Learn how to avoid toxins in your kitchen, bathroom, and home, by adopting healthy alternatives.
“In working with Kati, I found inner peace and gained insights that I did not have before, and that really helped me on my path.”

KONMARI® SESSION
This is a 4-hour session in which we will do the following:
Your Ideal Lifestyle Vision
Home Tour
Start decluttering and organizing for whichever category or area in your home you’d like to focus on during these four hours.
In-Home or Virtual Sessions
I’m working virtually with clients worldwide. I’m open to in-person clients in the New York City area on a case-by-case basis.
Does a package make sense?
At the end of this first KonMari® Session, we can determine whether it was sufficient or if you’d like to purchase another session or a package of 10 hours. Read below about the advantages of packages.
$880* (for both in-home and virtual sessions)
* All prices include 4% NY Sales Tax + 0.375% MCTD Sales Tax and are not refundable.
The benefits of choosing a package:
1. You will have email and text support between our sessions.
2. You will get priority access to scheduling sessions in advance.
3. You can purchase additional hours and sessions at a discounted rate of $200/hour instead of $220.
Steps to take:
Step 1: Apply for a discovery call
Go to my Contact page and complete the questionnaire. I’ll get back to you within 2-4 business days to let you know if scheduling a free 20-30-minute discovery call would be the next best step for your situation. If so, then I’ll send you a link to my calendar so you can schedule the call. During the call, you can ask your questions, and we will determine if we are a good fit.
Step 2: Onboarding
If at the end of the call, you would like to work together, we will pencil in a date and time for our first session. After our call, I’ll email you my service agreement and an invoice. As soon as you read, sign, and email the agreement back to me, and I receive your payment, I will send you an official calendar invite for our first session (the one we had penciled in).
Step 3: Prepare for our session
Before our first session, I’ll send you an email, so you can prepare yourself in the best way possible. For example, when you want to start with clothes, then your prepping can mean doing your laundry before, and also making sure that all your dry cleaning is back in your closet. No rocket science, but just practical prep work so we can make the most of the 4-hour session.
Step 4: Declutter and organize
During our first session, we’ll tour your space, so I can get an idea of the scope of things and get a sense of your everyday situation. We also reflect on your Ideal Lifestyle Vision, and then we get started. After 4 hours, we will have a lot more data on how well we work together, and I can provide you with my recommendations on how to proceed.
“In my first consultation with Kati, I understood immediately that nothing would be imposed on me. Instead, I knew I would be supported with sensitivity and a soothing, clear method. Kati’s goal was to support me in having my home the way I want it. Time spent working with her was pleasurable, and the results have greatly increased the quality of my outer and inner life.”

I have different rates depending on whether you purchase a 1-hour, 2-hour, 4-hour session, or a package with several sessions. The more hours or sessions you purchase, the lower the hourly rate.
With $200 being the lowest hourly rate for a 10-hour package, and the highest being $250 for a 1-hour Strategy Session.
-
It depends on various factors:
- How big your home is and how many things you own.
- How much of your space you want to declutter and organize.
- How quickly you can make decisions about what to keep and what to let go of.
- How much you are willing to work on your own between our sessions. -
I have been working professionally in this field since 2017, and I have observed that clients who achieve the best results are those who commit fully to the tidying process.
Committing to a full KonMarie Tidying Festival has the most significant effect as not only one area of the home is considered, but how everything is interconnected. This means going through all KonMari categories: Clothes, Books, Paper, Komono (Miscellaneous), and Sentimental. This brings the client a profound transformation, with long-lasting results, as not just their home changes, but also their mindset and behavior.
A committed client understands that this is a process that takes time, and the first session is just a start. If you want to declutter your entire home and all five KonMari categories, then the first step is to commit to the journey it will take. This means it will take time, energy, and money. If you say "Yes" to tidying your home, you have to say "No" to other things for a little while so you can focus on your KonMari Tidying Festival. I don’t write this to discourage you, but to speak honestly from my experience.

Think about the KonMari® tidying journey as therapy for your home. If you've ever gone to therapy, you know it takes more than one session to notice a change in your life. It usually takes months or even years until you see more significant results. I know this from my own experience. With the KonMari Method®, you will see results already after the first session. But to make a bigger dent, it will take time, because it is a process that often takes weeks and even months. But it is a life/chaning process! As I don't declutter and tidy FOR you, but WITH you, your home will change, but you will change even more (above all, your spending habits). Each session, you'll get my 100% attention. That's time only for you, your specific situation, and you'll get practical solutions. All this will lighten your burden and make navigating and maintaining your home more attainable. Ask yourself, "What will it cost me if I don't declutter and organize my life?" Time, energy, money, because of consumer culture, the ability to relax - you name it! A 45-minute therapy session in New York City is usually around $200. If you go once per week, then you pay $10,400 for 52 sessions of 45 minutes each for a year. And usually, you go to therapy for several years (at least I did). If you declutter and organize your home, and decide to invest in a Tidying Festival (aka everything you own), it will probably be a sum that is also quite high, but it will be a foundational transformation for your outer and inner life.
Like therapy, tidying your home will be a step outside your comfort zone and not easy, but over time, it will help you to feel lighter, gain more clarity, and experience more joy and ease for your mental, emotional, and physical health. And I try to make the process as fun and joyful as I can. That’s why it is important to do the legwork of finding the right KonMari® Consultant for you. There are no hard feelings if we don’t match. You have to choose a person who sparks hope and joy - even if it takes a bit longer to find that person! If this resonates with you, apply for a free discovery call! This process isn't just about a tidy home; it's about healing and being in alignment with your whole self (as cheesy as it might sound).

A great way to stretch your budget and save money is to fully commit to the DIY route.
1. Commit to a $250 investment, and book a Strategy Session with me.
2. Before the Strategy Session, please share as much information with me as possible, so I can come prepared and we can dive right into discussing a game plan for your situation. You can use the form on my Contact page to share as much as possible.
3. During the 1-hour call, I can then tell you the next steps I recommend that you take on your own.
4. See how it goes and if you are able to make progress by yourself. If you feel stuck, then you can book another Strategy Session to keep up the momentum.
I’m working on a way to make the whole process more affordable, but it will take me more time due to my own health journey, which I only started taking seriously at the beginning of 2025, and now I am dealing with the messy middle.
It’s on my heart to create ways so that the tidying process and working together with me won’t break the bank. In a hybrid version of 1:1 guidance from my side, lots of DIY from your side, and accountability and community through group sessions.
I’m dabbling in all of that since 2024, but I had to face the fact that it takes me more time to bring this to life.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, I recommend staying in the loop and signing up for my email newsletter, “heartfully done Musings,” where I share everything first.
As soon as I have created more affordable resources, I will offer them for testing inside the heartfully done Musings community for a lower price in exchange for feedback and testimonials.
I’ll also share all new freebies, blog posts, and updates about my own healing journey and life (which always includes my own tidying aha moments).
If you feel aligned with my energy, stick around through my newsletter, and sign up here.

The easiest way to work with me is through virtual sessions worldwide via Zoom. For these, you will need a laptop with a webcam or a tablet, as well as a stable internet connection.
The advantage is that if you would like to continue after our first 4-hour KonMari Session, we can also schedule shorter sessions to stretch your budget, while keeping you accountable and maintaining momentum.
If you live in the NYC area and would like me to come to you in person, I will decide this on a case-by-case basis. If that is a possibility for your case, there may be an additional fee for travel costs (such as an Uber or Lyft ride each way).
-
All sessions and packages are pre-paid via Zelle, or Credit Card and are non-refundable. However, you are not going blind to the KonMari session. During the free discovery call, you can ask questions and raise any concerns.
Also, this is not a meal set before you, but a developing relationship. If we work together and you don't like something, please tell me, and we'll change it up. I'm here to support you in your tidying journey in the way you need to be supported.

- I have decluttered, organized, and designed spaces for over 15 years, and professionally since 2017.
- I worked with women, men, non-binary people, couples, and children from ages 3 to 85.
- I have practiced the KonMari Method® since 2015 and have over 1,700 hours of client experience. I’m a Master Level certified KonMari® Consultant, which is the highest level of a KonMari® practitioner.
- I know how to live in a suburban environment with more space in the US, Germany, and Portugal, but I also lived in a tiny studio apartment in Manhattan with only 300 square feet (30 square meters). Which means I can adapt to your needs.
- I offer a safe environment for LGBTQIA and BIPOC people. A bit of context, I grew up with a gay dad, worked as an inclusive pastor and wedding officiant, and worked and lived in several Native American and Native South American communities. Plus, I'm an immigrant - in short, I love diversity!
- As a former pastor, I counseled and guided many people. Spirituality is essential to me. So, whatever your spiritual or religious practice is, I'm going to respect it and never impose my beliefs on you! Your tidying journey is yours, and I'm happy to make it as easy and smooth as possible.
- I'm a very empathetic and highly sensitive person (HSP), which gives me the strength to tune in to your needs. At the same time, I'm efficient and practical.
- My most significant assets are my sense of humor and optimistic outlook on life.
- Traveling is part of my ideal lifestyle. I've been to over twenty different countries and hope to see more in the future. Due to my love for travel and living abroad, I live a minimalist lifestyle. I'm aware that most of my clients don't want to become minimalists, and that's totally fine with me—please have no fear that I push you in any direction! It's about your ideal lifestyle, not mine!
- I speak four languages and have worked/ lived in four countries, which has helped me adapt to different people, cultures, and circumstances.
- And if all of this doesn't convince you, then I have to admit that I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, am crazy about Regency novels (Bridgerton & Co. is my jam), and love dancing to Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, and Earth, Wind & Fire. (and many more)
- And obviously, I'm organized. LOL
