💛 Seasons

— a gentle space where my reflections invite your own, one season at a time

There are moments in life when I don’t need more advice or noise — I need a steady rhythm, something predictable enough that I can feel safe.
A simple, grounding ritual that keeps me going, like a bridge from one week to the next and from season to season.
And I need to see and feel that I’m not the only one moving through the world this way — that there are others who can relate to my lived experience and empathize with the shape of it.

Seasons is a quiet, three-month rhythm of Sunday letters — ten thoughtful and heartfelt emails shaped by the season I’m living in.
I write from my own lived journey, and each letter becomes an invitation for you to meet something in your own — a gentle touchpoint you can return to.
Each letter offers a small moment of reflection — something you can carry with you or return to throughout the week.
This isn’t about belief or faith of any kind; it’s simply a contemplative pause each Sunday — like sharing a cup of tea with yourself, with my words keeping you company for a moment.

What Seasons Is

Seasons is not a course or a program — it’s a gentle rhythm of Sunday letters arriving in your email inbox. You don’t need to show up anywhere or step into a space. A letter simply arrives once a week, offering a quiet moment you can read whenever you have the time and capacity.

Some people read their letter on Sunday afternoons, others save it for a pause during the week — and some batch-read a few letters at once when life feels full. There’s no right timing. What matters is that each letter becomes a small, steady invitation to check in with yourself.

Each letter follows the arc of the season itself, creating a sense of continuity and companionship across three months. Seasons is intentionally simple — a grounding ritual woven into your life, not something you have to keep up with or perform.

The Rhythm of a Season

Each Season unfolds over three months. The letters move with the natural arc of the months we’re in — beginning, deepening, and gently transitioning as the season shifts.
For Winter into Spring 2026, we’ll walk through three monthly themes: Self → Body → Time.

These themes are part of a simple twelve-theme cycle I work with throughout the year: Self, Body, Time, Money, Creativity, Adventure, Love & Intimacy, Rest, Meaningful Work, Spirituality, Friends & Family, and Community.

This rhythm follows the same monthly cycle I work with as a coach inside the KonMari Club — and Seasons is my own independent, heartfully done® interpretation of that rhythm. This isn’t a class about tidying; it’s a way of reflecting on life through these themes in a gentler, more personal way.

Each season is like a spiral staircase: familiar themes revisited with a slightly wider view each time.

Who Seasons Is For

  • Seasons is for people who move through the world with tenderness and depth — the ones who feel a lot, think a lot, and long for a gentle rhythm they can lean into.

  • It’s for thoughtful, sensitive humans who crave meaning, beauty, and coherence in their inner life.

  • For people who want companionship without pressure, and reflection without overwhelm.

  • For those who don’t feel at home in fast spaces or in loud, performative communities — but who still want to feel accompanied as they move through their days.

  • Seasons is for you if you appreciate slow rituals, honest writing, soft structure, and the feeling of being understood without having to explain yourself.
If you find comfort in stories, rhythms, and small contemplative moments, this space will feel like a warm place

🌿 A Little About Me

I write Seasons because I needed a quiet ritual that wasn’t quite church, not therapy, and not the kind of productivity the personal-growth world often demands — something calmly vulnerable and reflective, without pressure or dogma.

I’m originally from Germany, where the word for pastor or counselor is Seelsorger — literally, “carer of souls.” Before becoming a KonMari consultant, that’s the work I did for years as an inclusive pastor and theologian: tending the inner world of others with care, curiosity, and gentleness. When I moved into more practical forms of support, helping people lighten both the emotional and material weight of their lives, that soul-tending didn’t disappear. It simply changed shape.

And now I live in New York City — which, honestly, is a skill all on its own. Navigating noise, speed, intensity, and sensory overwhelm has taught me a great deal about what it means to create inner quiet in a place that rarely offers outer quiet.

I move through the world with a sensitive, deeply attuned, neurodivergent way of noticing — in a world that often isn’t designed for people like me. My cross-cultural life, my fertility journey, and the resilience shaped by years of navigating tender inner seasons all weave into the way I write and make meaning.

My letters often move through themes that arise naturally from my lived experience, including:

  • sensitivity, neurodivergence, and nervous system rhythms

  • belonging and emotional landscapes

  • body, health, and resilience

  • fertility grief and hope

  • cross-cultural life and the idea of home

  • relationships and the ongoing art of understanding people whose minds and rhythms move differently from my own

  • work–life balance and creative pacing

  • meaning-making, ritual, and everyday beauty

  • spirituality and the in-between spaces of life

These aren’t topics I teach — they are simply the currents I live in, the lens through which each letter is written.

Seasons is for people who sense there is more beneath the surface — even in a tidy home or a carefully tended life — and who long for meaning, rhythm, gentleness, and inner spaciousness. It’s the closest I’ve come to returning to my original calling as a spiritual guide, in a form that feels true to who I am now.

And if something in your chest says “yes,” you’re warmly invited.

What It Means to Be a Founding Member

Season One is the very first cycle of Seasons — a gentle beginning. This first round will naturally be small, just a handful of us walking together. Being a Founding Member isn’t a tier or a program; it simply means you’re part of the intimate circle that helps shape what Seasons will become as it grows. There’s a tenderness to beginning something in its earliest form — a closeness and quiet honesty that won’t return in the same way once the space grows larger.

If you love cozy, intimate spaces, this is the moment when Seasons will feel most like that.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Season unfolds over 13 Sundays. There are 10 Seasonal letters, and alongside them are 3 free monthly Snapshots that weave into the rhythm of the Season.
You don’t have to be on the Snapshot list — but I highly recommend it. The Snapshots add a soft monthly pause that rounds out the whole arc and makes the three-month journey feel more connected and complete.

  • Yes. Snapshots (free monthly letters) and Seasons (the weekly rhythm) are on two different email lists. If you want to receive all 13 Sunday letters (3 Snapshots + 10 Seasonal letters), you’ll need to be subscribed to both.

  • Yes. When you join late, you’ll immediately gain access to all the letters you’ve missed inside the Season Archive, and then you’ll receive each remaining Sunday letter by email as they unfold in real time.

  • No worries at all. If your inbox feels full or life gets busy, you can simply let the emails sit. Every Season has a Season Archive where all letters live together in one calm, organized place.

You can read everything there at your own pace while the Season is active. The archive remains open until March 31, so you have plenty of time to catch up or revisit anything you want. After that, it closes.

If you’d like to keep the letters for your own reflection later on, I recommend creating a small email folder and saving the messages there before the archive closes.

  • Seasons are meant to be lived in real time. My writing grows and shifts as I do, and closing the archive helps us move forward with clarity instead of staying in old chapters.

  • No. Each Season is its own commitment.
This first one is an experiment — a beginning.
If I continue with future Seasons, you’ll receive an invitation, and you can choose freely, Season by Season.

  • Not at all. Many people in my community have English as their second language. Write or share in the way that feels natural for you — even in German, if that’s easier. (For archive comments, you can use Google Translate if you want.)

  • No. Sharing is always optional. Listening quietly is just as welcome as speaking. There is no pressure to contribute — only an invitation to be part of the experience in whatever way feels right.

During the Season, you’ll have the option to leave a comment underneath each letter inside the Season Archive. Some people enjoy sharing their reflections there so the group can gently weave a sense of connection. Others prefer to simply read, or to email me privately — that is completely welcome too.

No one is ever required to post or speak in the circle. Your presence alone is enough.

  • I write through the lens of being a highly sensitive, autistic, and ADHD woman navigating life in another culture and a mixed-neurotype relationship. My letters weave through themes of belonging, body, health, partnership, home, work, creativity, and meaning — all held inside the gentle structure of a 12-theme yearly rhythm:

Self, Body, Time, Money, Creativity, Adventure, Love & Intimacy, Rest, Meaningful Work, Spirituality, Friends & Family, and Community.

  • Indirectly, yes — through stories, reflection, and clarity. But Seasons is not a decluttering program. If you’re looking for hands-on support with tidying or organizing, you can explore my current 1:1 decluttering services, which offer practical, personalized guidance.

  • This first Season is a tender experiment — a small beginning. I’m learning the rhythm as I go, and because of that, I’m keeping the circle simple and energetically balanced. For now, that means I’m not offering scholarships.

Snapshots will always remain free, and as Seasons grows into a larger, more established container, I hope to make space for a few supported spots in the future. But this first cycle needs to stay clear, light, and sustainable as it finds its shape.

Thank you for understanding that this beginning needs to stay small and reciprocal.

  • No. All sales are final. Because Seasons unfold in real time and are delivered by email, purchases are non-refundable. Once you join, your spot is held for the entire Season and the letters are created with you in mind — which is why refunds aren’t possible.
